Creating a safe and healthy work environment is one of our company’s most central guiding principles. A part of Benson’s dynamic culture, we stand behind that commitment to safety with proper planning and training, comprehensive safety programs, and employee engagement and empowerment. In our assembly facilities, all personnel attend regularly scheduled safety training seminars. On-site trade and operations management personnel have OSHA training. All trade persons coming to our projects, whether they are new apprentices or 30-year veterans, are required to attend and pass our safety orientation classroom in addition to other client-required site safety procedures.

At Benson, our proactive approach is the foundation to our belief that all accidents are preventable, and sending our people home to their families is the most important thing we do.
