One of our most recognized projects that we were fortunate to work on, One Manhattan West in downtown New York, NY., will soon have a sibling! Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and developed by Brookfield Properties, ground has broken for Two Manhattan West. Standing a bit shorter at 945 ft. as compared to 995 ft. of One Manhattan West, the 58-story building will house 2,000,000 square feet of office space.
